Serving all of Niagara County, Niagara County Employment & Training Department (NCET) is located at the Trott One-Stop Employment Center - 2nd floor at 1001 Eleventh Street in Niagara Falls, New York 14301.

NCET's governing agency is the Workforce Investment Board, appointed by the Niagara County Legislature.

The MISSION of the Niagara County Workforce Development System is to provide a universally accessible workforce development system that serves our job-seeking and our business customers effectively and efficiently.

Public Notice of Publication of the Modification of the Local Plan Under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998 for July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009

Under the authority of the WIA, Niagara County has been designated as a Local Workforce Area, and the Niagara County Workforce Investment Board has been designated as the oversight entity for WIA funded programs, including providing core, intensive, and training services to adults, youths, and dislocated workers through a coordinated One-Stop system.

The modification consists of two parts, Strategies and WIA Compliance.
