Meet Francesca

Francesca is an experienced nonprofit leader with extensive experience in governance, program and fiscal oversight. She has successfully managed programs and services with portfolios ranging from $4 to $15 million, consistently meeting and exceeding program and revenue benchmarks.  She is a skilled negotiator of business and service agreements with strategic partners to increase organizational capacity. Francesca enjoys mentoring, developing and training high-performance teams and engaging stakeholders and funders to expand and improve community-based and statewide services. Francesca has been an invited speaker at national and state conferences. She is an effective advocate before state and national government bodies and has been successful in achieving legislation to benefit the various constituencies she has represented.

Francesca has expertise in regulatory compliance and performance improvement achieving service excellence and commendation for program operations.  Francesca is a Licensed Master Social Worker, holds a certificate in Basic Mediation and successfully completed Leadership Training from the National Leadership Institute on Developmental Disabilities from the University of Delaware.
