The Niagara County WIB (policy and oversight Board of the WIA One-Stop System) funds youth programs throughout the year through Niagara County agencies. Programs serve out of school and some in-school young people, up to age 21, who can benefit from work experience and/or basic skills upgrading. The Summer Youth Employment Program has the largest enrollment, but other programs serve young people all throughout the year, from all areas of Niagara County.
