*NEW* Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program

Th C-PACE program provides up to 100% financing to businesses for energy-efficiency building improvement projects including HVAC and building envelope upgrades. Financing is also available for building-scale renewable energy projects such as rooftop solar and geothermal installations. Benefits include competitive loan rates and customizable terms. The financing also stays with the property, so if the building is ever sold, the loan automatically transfers to the new owner.

Niagara County is hosting a C-PACE learning event on February 11, 2020

where representatives from Energize NY, Greenworks Lending, and Wheatfield Gardens will be present to discuss the program and highlight sample projects. Lunch will be provided.

Seating is extremely limited!
